Woodlander Rockstar brings together the exceptional blood of Rubinstein and Sandro – the one for temperament and rideability, the other for power and expression. Sandro is the sire or grandsire of such horses as, Samba Hit, Sandro Hit, Sunny Boy, San Remo and Showstar. Sao Paolo himself has the honour of being the sire of Isabell Werth’s International Grand Prix horse Satchmo.

The Hannoverian State stallion Rotspon produced two winning stallions in his second crop of stallion candidates – Rascalino and Royal Blend.

The dam of Woodlander Rockstar, St Pr St Savannah, was 2005

BD Broodmare Champion and is selected into the Hannoverian Jumping Programme. From her six foals she has bred the two successful young dressage horses Woodlander Frank Sinatra and Woodlander Wizard, Woodlander Rockstar, Woodlander Wesuvio, BWB Stallion Champion 2006 and the Supreme Foal Champion for the BWBS Woodlander Foxy Lady.

Woodlander Rockstar is ridden by Maria Eilberg and has proven his trainability by qualifying Medium for Summer 2007 from his first two outings..
